It's estimated that fresh magic mushrooms contain approximately 90% water, which means that a 10-gram dose of fresh mushrooms would only contain around 1 gram of actual mushroom material. In contrast, dried mushrooms typically only contain around 10% water, so a 10-gram dose of dried mushrooms would contain around 9 grams of actual mushroom material.
