I offer comprehensive a psychedelic therapy program aimed at empowering individuals to make transformative life changes. Central to this journey are the phases of preparation, therapy, and integration.

This program contains a hybrid of online and live sessions in Amsterdam. By actively engaging in these sessions, you can optimize the benefits and amplify the overall impact of your psychedelic journey. This psychedelic-assisted program consists of the following components:

Online Screening Session: A one-hour session conducted online to assess your suitability for the program.

Online Preparation Session: A one-hour session conducted online to prepare you for the upcoming psychedelic experience.

Three-Day In-Person Retreat in Amsterdam: This retreat includes three hours of preparation, a ceremony involving a significant dose of psilocybin-containing truffles, and two hours of guided psychedelic integration.

Online Integration Session: A one-hour session conducted online a few weeks after the program concludes, focused on integrating the insights and lessons from your psychedelic journey.

Psychedelic Integration

Integration is key. This is where the work really begins. And for people who have gone through my program, I can help find integration therapists near you or continue further integration after the program. Additionally to this, I also offer integration to people who have been to other retreats or programs, that need more support during the integration phase.

I hold a Master's degree in Neuropsychology and have extensive experience as a breathwork facilitator. In my sessions, I skillfully integrate somatic practices and breathwork to assist individuals in reconnecting with deeply rooted emotions and tension stored in their bodies.

These powerful techniques serve as a catalyst for overcoming mental and emotional barriers, allowing individuals to tap into their innate healing abilities. Additionally, they serve as valuable preparation for embarking on transformative psychedelic journeys. This approach is particularly beneficial for individuals who carry unresolved experiences that have not been adequately addressed in traditional therapy sessions.
