My approach

I am dedicated to accompanying and empowering people on their inner explorations. I facilitate psilocybin retreats in the Netherlands and breathwork workshops across Europe. I guide psychedelic integration groups with the MIND Foundation and support in training the next generation of facilitators.

With a passion for investigating the mind and body, I aim to bridge intellectual and experiential ways of learning. My background is in psychology and clinical research, though I have always been interested in ancient knowledge systems. I work on the axis of science and spirituality, integrating spiritual and shamanic practices with practical tools.

My approach is primarily about meeting you where you are on your journey. Then we can take the next step together. That may look like preparing for a journey and setting intentions, returning from a journey and making meaning, forming new patterns or ways of being, or exploring a theme or topic that is present for you.

Comprehensive preparation and integration are crucial to making the most of a psychedelic experience. Among my offerings are a six-week preparation & integration process for individuals who feel ready to embark on an intentional psychedelic experience.

My top priority is creating a space of safety, trust, and loving awareness, where you are fully welcome exactly as you are.

Education and Training

I studied Health & Medical Psychology (MSc), Somatic Experiencing, and Neurodynamic Breathwork. I am educated in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). My style emphasizes self-empowerment, the wisdom of the body, intergenerational and ancestral work, and trauma release.
